We offer two weekly 90‑minute classes: Hatha Yoga and Gentle Somatic Yoga. Both are beginner‑friendly, use supportive props, and include clear guidance so you can move at your own pace.
Bookings are essential. You can choose a casual pass, a 5 or 10‑class pass, or best value is a membership. Memberships also includes access to the On Demand Video Library, with hundreds of short and long‑form classes to explore at your own pace.
Below you’ll find descriptions of each class to help you decide which option feels right for you.
These 9‑week series are designed to gradually deepen your practice, weaving together overarching themes with a unique focus each week. With a committed, closed group, the space naturally builds continuity, safety and a warm sense of community. Each series includes a variety of explorations to support a richer, more embodied experience.
If Monday nights don’t suit you, each full Yoga series is also available through the On Demand Video Library. This option lets you move through the material at your own pace, with each module offering around 2 hours of video content, home‑practice sheets or videos, and—depending on the series—guided meditations and curated playlists.

I came to the course with an aggravated, spasming psoas and a history of anxiety and adrenal fatigue. The Psoas series offered ways of soothing & nurturing my muscles and nervous system that were gentle but powerful. Jackie's passion for this work is evident and she creates a wonderful space for healing and learning.

Jackie's Yoga has evolved over the 8 years I have been attending her classes and courses. Her renewed space at Brunswick Heads is great. She is always supportive and up for contributions, adapts her classes to allow for injuries, age, lack of practice and new people. Her classes are paced well for different energy levels. Each class has a component of newness and inspiration and has kept me returning again and again.
- Trish
I highly recommend Jackie’s Chakra Balancing course, as I would any of her courses! Jackie’s knowledge and ability to meet each individual’s needs during the course is exemplary. She leads you through a journey exploring each of the chakras and how they effect us in a beautiful, gentle fashion that encompasses not only movement but also includes some breath work and meditation. The space she creates is warm and welcoming and was always the highlight of my week.

I’m new to your classes. Is it best to book a private before joining a group class?
If you are coming injury free and pain free, then it is not necessary to book a private, however you are most welcome to do so if it will help build your confidence up and so you know what to expect from a group class. This could be done in person or online.
If you are working with an injury or condition, then I would suggest an Info Call to discuss which class would be suitable for you and or a private session so we can make the best recommendation on moving forward onto more private sessions or group classes.
