Jackie sensitively guides women through an embodied dance practice that is designed to unwind tension in the body, generate flow and awaken the senses. Feel nourished and alive through fun and intimate practices that evoke devotion and sensuality.
There will be lots of space for rest and sharing on the journey which includes a warm-up, playful group exercises, free dancing and a nourishing relaxation to conclude and allow time for integration.
No previous dance experience or sexy outfits needed. Simply come as you are.

Sensual Whispers - Dance of Devotion Series

Are you seeking a pathway that combines pleasure, self-exploration and soulful connection? Something that really stands out for me with SED is the permission to come as I am - whatever that looks like on the day and I will be unconditionally accepted. It allows me to come to class, even when I feel like a mess and I will leave class in a much lighter and energised place.

Words can not explain how magical Jackie is at what she does! Being new to SED I was hesitant and nervous to show up not knowing what to expect from this experience... Jackie is warm, welcoming & caring. She creates a very clean and safe container and is able to navigate and honour any process that may arise in her class - true experienced professional.... I was held so beautifully, no judgment, no interference, just love and acceptance by Jackie and the other attendees. I felt safe to be myself and to dance my way to reconnecting once again with who I am. Jackie is so passionate about what she does it’s infectious. It’s a beautiful self care practice I keep going back to again and again and I’ve made some great friends too!
