9 Week Series

This 9-week yoga series is a rich and transformative exploration of Human Development Movement Patterns, inspired by Jackie’s studies with master teacher Donna Farhi. These innate patterns are the building blocks of how we move through life—from our earliest moments to our most complex expressions of strength and grace. When revisited with awareness, they offer a pathway to greater ease, comfort and integrity in the body.

Each week, you'll be guided through one developmental pattern using gentle therapeutic movement, fluid transitions, standing poses and restorative postures. Layer by layer, you'll build a deeper connection to your body’s natural intelligence, supported by a committed group and Jackie's compassionate teaching. This is a journey of self-enquiry—an invitation to move with more freedom, resilience and joy.

Prefer to practice from the comfort of home and at your own pace? This series is also available ONLINE, giving you the flexibility to move through each module when it suits you.

  6. You’ll receive a confirmation email with class details
  7. A reminder email will be sent one day before the class begins

❌ Cancellations

You can manage your booking via your confirmation email. Full refunds are available up to 3 days before the series starts, or with 24 hours’ notice by team@soulfulmoves.com After the series begins, refunds aren’t offered, but rescheduling may be possible. If a class is cancelled, you’ll be notified and it will be rescheduled.

BOUT JACKIE WALLIN: Jackie has been teaching Gentle Somatic Yoga and Hatha Yoga for 10 years and practicing yoga for 16 years. After experiencing corporate burn-out in  2012, Jackie found balance through a gentle, therapeutic yoga practice and  was inspired to teach.       

She has completed over 650 hours of teacher training with renowned teachers such as Donna Farhi, and has recently added Calligraphy Yoga, Pilates and Embodied Dance.      

She teaches in-person, online and private classes that blend her favourite modalities to create safe, accessible and enjoyable experiences. Jackie’s classes support people to slow down, move in ways that feel good, release tension, balance the nervous system and increase fluidity, strength and resilience.
