Mini Summer Yoga Series
This is an event series

4 Week Series

What a perfect way to start the new year with a weekly dose of yoga, setting the tone for how you want to feel in 2026! Classes will be incredibly nourishing, help build strength, and replenish your energy levels.

The Mini Summer Yoga Series offers a different theme and focus each class and combines gentle Yoga poses, Breath and Restorative poses to unravel stress, cultivate healing and regulate the nervous system.

Classes incorporate Slow Gentle Yoga poses, Hanna Somatics, Breath Awareness, Fluid Movement and Restorative poses to unravel stress and cultivate healing.

Through this type of practice, the body is invited to melt away tension, holding, stress and pain that may be stored in the body. And the nervous system is given an opportunity to re-calibrate and reset so that you can feel nourished, rejuvenated and energised.

It is very much self-paced and can be adapted to support injuries or conditions you may be navigating.

PRAISE FOR JACKIE’S HATHA YOGA CLASSES:

"I’m loving Jackies way with yoga ! Less is more comes to mind with a focus on slowing down and listening to the subtleties. I enjoy and find this way more effective. It enables me to honour where my body is at, giving it what it needs by being more conscious during my practice." Mary Jane

“Jackie, your passion for yoga and particularly this gentle and restorative style is infectious, and you have such a gift. I just felt people really need to know about the sensations, subtleties, awareness, release, trust, surrender, pleasure, self-satisfaction, pride, nurturing & love we all feel when we are in your classes” Rick

“Jackie's Yoga has evolved over the 8 years I have been attending her classes and courses. Her renewed space at Brunswick Heads is great. She is always supportive and up for contributions, adapts her classes to allow for injuries, age, lack of practice and new people. Her classes are paced well for different energy levels. Each class has a component of newness and inspiration and has kept me returning again and again.” Trish

“I highly recommend Jackie’s yoga classes. Jackie’s style of teaching is gentle, caring, knowing and peaceful… I would say a beautiful spiritual and nurturing experience.” Peta
