💬 What Students Are Saying

"Jackie, your gentle nature always makes me feel comfortable & welcome and I leave your yoga classes so peaceful and feeling very nurtured" Annie

“I’m loving Jackie’s way with yoga! Less is more comes to mind with a focus on slowing down and listening to the subtleties. I enjoy and find this way more effective. It enables me to honour where my body is at, giving it what it needs by being more conscious during my practice.

Though within this there is also rigour and Jackie is always aware of the care and comfort of her students in her well-chosen balanced variety of postures. I hadn’t used props much before coming to her classes but I’m now grateful for her abundant stock and make good use of them. I always leave reconnected with my body thanking me 😊. So glad I have yoga in my life.” Mary Jane

“Jackie's Yoga has evolved over the 8 years I have been attending her classes and courses. Her renewed space at Brunswick Heads is great. She is always supportive and up for contributions, adapts her classes to allow for injuries, age, lack of practice and new people. Her classes are paced well for different energy levels. Each class has a component of newness and inspiration and has kept me returning again and again.” Trish

“Letting you know you are appreciated 💖 The sushi roll has entered my daily practice 🙏🏼 I was sad to find so much pain and inability in myself during class...but felt longer and leaner and lighter for attending. Today giving thanks for all that DOES work.” Maria
