You'll gain insight into how these glands function, what happens when they’re out of sync and how yoga can gently restore harmony. Practices will include slow gentle hatha yoga, restorative yoga poses, fluid movement and breathwork. Practices are always adaptable and you are always encouraged to move at your own pace.

❌ Cancellations You can manage your booking via your confirmation email. Full refunds are available up to 3 days before the series starts, or with 24 hours’ notice by team@soulfulmoves.com After the series begins, refunds aren’t offered, but rescheduling may be possible. If a class is cancelled, you’ll be notified and it will be rescheduled.
