Through gland-specific practices and thoughtfully curated poses, you'll learn how to ease symptoms of hormonal imbalance—whether you're navigating fatigue, PMS, stress or simply seeking greater equilibrium.

Each week, we explore a different theme focused on key glands such as the hypothalamus, thyroid, adrenal glands and reproductive organs. You'll gain insight into how these glands function, what happens when they’re out of sync and how yoga can gently restore harmony. With practical tools and take-home resources, this series empowers you to tune into your body’s signals and cultivate lasting vitality from within.Discover the power of yoga for hormonal balance!

Each week we will cover the following themes to support the health and harmony of your hormones and optimise wellbeing.

Introduction to the Endocrine System

Pineal Gland Activation

  • Explore practices specifically targeting the pineal gland.

Pituitary Gland Harmony

  • Focus on poses that support the pituitary gland.
  • Regulate hormones related to growth, stress and reproductive function.

Thyroid and Metabolism

  • Strengthen the immune system through yoga.

Parasympathetic Activation & Integration

Practices will include slow gentle hatha yoga, restorative yoga poses, fluid movement and breathwork. Practices are always adaptable and you are always encouraged to move at your own pace.

Full refunds are available up to 3 days before the series starts, or with 24 hours’ notice by team@soulfulmoves.com After the series begins, refunds aren’t offered, but rescheduling may be possible. If a class is cancelled, you’ll be notified and it will be rescheduled.

ABOUT JACKIE WALLIN: Jackie has been teaching Gentle Somatic Yoga and Hatha Yoga for 10 years and practicing yoga for 16 years. After experiencing corporate burn-out in  2012, Jackie found balance through a gentle, therapeutic yoga practice and  was inspired to teach.     

She has completed over 650 hours of teacher training with renowned teachers such as Donna Farhi, and has recently added Calligraphy Yoga, Pilates and Embodied Dance.   

She teaches in-person, online and private classes that blend her favourite modalities to create safe, accessible and enjoyable experiences. Jackie’s classes support people to slow down, move in ways that feel good, release tension, balance the nervous system and increase fluidity, strength and resilience.
