Whole Body Wellness, Organ by Organ
Based on teachings from Master Zhen Hua Yang, this unique yoga series combines breath, mind, and fluid movement to support and restore balance in the body, improve organ function, enhance blood circulation and instill calmness. Just like an artist writing calligraphy, this ancient practice is "continuous, gentle, yet strong and full
of energy" – Master Yang.
During this course, each week will be dedicated to a specific organ or organs, embodying the ancient wisdom and beauty of Calligraphy Yoga (a combination of tai chi, qi gong and martial arts) Hatha Yoga, and Hanna Somatics.
We will enhance, optimise and enliven the health, function and happiness of our organs.

You can manage your booking via your confirmation email. Full refunds are available up to 3 days before the series starts, or with 24 hours’ notice by team@soulfulmoves.com After the series begins, refunds aren’t offered, but rescheduling may be possible. If a class is cancelled, you’ll be notified and it will be rescheduled.
