💬 What Students Are Saying
“Jackie's Yoga has evolved over the 8 years I have been attending her classes and courses. Her renewed space at Brunswick Heads is great. She is always supportive and up for contributions, adapts her classes to allow for injuries, age, lack of practice and new people. Her classes are paced well for different energy levels. Each class has a component of newness and inspiration and has kept me returning again and again.” Trish
“Jackie is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced teacher. She puts not only her experience in every class, but her full heart. I feel safe, looked after and cared for in her classes.” Irene
“I highly recommend Jackie’s yoga classes. Jackie’s style of teaching is gentle, caring, knowing and peaceful… I would say a beautiful spiritual and nurturing experience.” Peta

Jackie is a dedicated yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in Gentle Somatic Yoga and Hatha Yoga, supported by a 18‑year personal practice. Her journey began after corporate burnout in 2012, when therapeutic movement helped her rediscover balance and wellbeing. With more than 650 hours of training, including studies with Donna Farhi, she continues to expand her skills through Calligraphy Yoga, Barre and Embodied Dance.
Jackie offers in‑person, online and private sessions that blend her favourite modalities into safe, accessible and deeply enjoyable practices. Her classes invite students to slow down, move intuitively, and reconnect with their bodies—supporting tension release, nervous system regulation, and the development of fluidity, strength and resilience.
