Thoracic Spine Mobility (25m)

Whilst on holidays I recorded this thoracic mobility sequence, ideal for when you are feeling stuck, tight or tense around the upper back, shoulders and chest. These movements are very particular so we can target all the various muscles, bones and vertebrae to create more freedom and ease. Enjoy!

Props: Yoga mat and pilates ball.
