Strong Core and Glutes is a focused, stability‑building practice that begins with gentle massage‑ball work to release fascia tension through the upper back and shoulder blades. With the body primed, the sequence moves into targeted core and glute activation to build strength, support posture and enhance overall stability. The result is a grounded, powerful feeling of integrated strength.

Props: Yoga mat, blocks, blankets, bolster and ideally a fully inflated pilates ball.
