Beginning with gentle breath awareness, we move into strengthening, lengthening, and releasing the inner thighs, hips and lower back, while also activating the core and psoas. This practice leaves the entire mid‑section feeling supported, awakened and deeply energised.

Props: Yoga mat, blocks, belt, blankets, bolster and optional pilates ball.
