Cycle Friendly Yoga

A deeply soothing, low‑energy practice designed for days when your cycle calls for softness, this gentle class uses only floor‑based or chair‑supported poses to release tension in the hips, lower back, belly, and shoulders while calming the nervous system with spinal hydration and breath awareness. It’s a space to move slowly, breathe deeply and feel supported exactly as you are.

Props: Yoga mat, blocks, belt, blankets, bolster, sushi roll and optional pilates ball.
