Barre Intro

In this video, I’ll share what you can expect from the online Barre classes—how they work, the benefits they offer, and how each session is designed to strengthen, energise and support your movement practice.

For Barre newbies—Barre is a dynamic, low‑impact workout that blends the grace of ballet with the strength‑building elements of Pilates and yoga. It focuses on small, controlled movements that sculpt and tone your body—especially your core, glutes, arms and legs—while improving posture, flexibility and balance. Whether you're a seasoned mover or just starting out, Barre offers a fun, empowering way to build strength and feel amazing in your body.

Classes range from 5 to 45 minutes, giving you the flexibility to fit Barre into your day with ease. You’ll also see a variety of props used throughout (and you can watch the props video for more detail), adding both variety and an extra challenge to your workouts.

Barre classes are exclusively available to Soulful Moves Members. No matter which membership you choose, you’ll have full access to all Barre classes in the core library.
