What Students Are Saying

"I’m loving Jackie's way with yoga ! Less is more comes to mind with a focus on slowing down and listening to the subtleties. I enjoy and find this way more effective. It enables me to honour where my body is at, giving it what it needs by being more conscious during my practice." Mary Jane“

Jackie, your passion for yoga and particularly this gentle and restorative style is infectious, and you have such a gift. I just felt people really need to know about the sensations, subtleties, awareness, release, trust, surrender, pleasure, self-satisfaction, pride, nurturing & love we all feel when we are in your classes” Rick

“Jackie's Yoga has evolved over the 8 years I have been attending her classes and courses. Her renewed space at Brunswick Heads is great. She is always supportive and up for contributions, adapts her classes to allow for injuries, age, lack of practice and new people. Her classes are paced well for different energy levels. Each class has a component of newness and inspiration and has kept me returning again and again.” Trish“

I highly recommend Jackie’s yoga classes. Jackie’s style of teaching is gentle, caring, knowing and peaceful… I would say a beautiful spiritual and nurturing experience.” Peta
