The class is called Dance Flow because of the inspiration of a free and wild river. A river knows it's nature. It always keeps moving and follows the most intuitive path. The goal, to flow towards the big beautiful Sea and then be with the cycle of life all over again.
Like a river finding its path to the sea, come and explore how to work with dance to know your path, find your nature and explore the rhythms and cycles of life.
This class is drop-in. You are welcome to come any time. Dancing serves us in so many ways.

There is no pressure to move in a particular way. We move freely, expressively, honoring however we feel that night. Anything goes, you have only to move that which is alive inside of you.
